Eagle Cap Shooters Association is comprised of numerous shooting enthusiasts. The association promotes firearm safety and education. Members' interest range from black powder cartridge, cowboy action, high power and small bore rifle, and pistol to trap and skeet, sporting clays, and air powered arms and archery. Our objective is to provide a safe place to enjoy these activities.

The ECSA is affiliated with the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) and the Oregon Association of Shooting Ranges (OASR).

Our Goals

ECSA envisions a shooting sports complex. This complex will include a safe environment accommodating shotgun, sporting clays and skeet, sight-in and trail walking ranges, formal rifle and pistol competition, cowboy action competition, archery events, and black powder cartridge rifle events.

The ECSA range will include benches, covered firing line, ranges for small bore (rimfire) and pistol up to 50 yards, a big bore range out to 1000 yards, and venues for competition and practice. It is our goal to provide programs geared to youth training and competition, plus encourage women to participate in sport shooting. As funding becomes available, an indoor range and clubhouse will be built to serve the members. The facility will provide meeting space for Association business and community activities. Our goal is to provide a safe, supervised environment to support, encourage, and train Association members and the public in the shooting sports.
